They couldn't find our reservation for over an hour. The rooms smelled like pee and were super dirty. Breakfast was decent though with a la carte options. Definitely not worth the headache!

It was just a good pick for a couple of nights in Acapulco with good value for price. Access to the sea water pool was nice, even though it's only open during certain hours. Try to get there early if you want to enjoy the beach and avoid the crowds, especially on weekends.

The sea access was a fantastic feature, with fine views of the bay and a well-maintained seawater pool. The hotel's multiple pools, including a slide for fun, made it pleasant for both relaxation and enjoyment.

The location is wonderfull. This hotel can be very good if they improve the hotel staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and they have to give maintenance to the rooms.

Comfortable room, essential amenities, allowing a restful sleep after a long day of exploring, especially with the ease of having free wi-fi and free parking available to make your stay more convenient.

Noise from neighboring dogs may disrupt your rest at night.

Had a great group vacation! We loved the sea pool and enjoyed activities like jet skiing and snorkeling nearby. The rooms were nice, and the 24-hour front desk was handy. Just be aware, the access to the sea is limited to certain hours.

The air-conditioning was loud and didn't cool the room properly, a bit uncomfortable at times.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the room, including poor bathroom maintenance and a lack of basic amenities, left much to be desired.

The fine view from our pool view room was amazing 🌅 The place was great for families, especially with the pools and slides. Only downside was the lack of evening activities.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the pools, especially the large water slide, a hit with the kids. The view from our room was fine, and the location made it easy to access nearby attractions. The room itself could use some improvements, particularly in terms of cleanliness and amenities provided.

I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful Zocalo and the nearby Fuente de la Diana Cazadora, both only a short walk away, making my city strolling experience really enjoyable and nice.

Bathroom with a lingering smell and lacked basic amenities. The overall customer satisfaction was low, and I expected more for the price. The location was decent was good.
